A cracked supply line at 2am, a water heater that quit on a Sunday, a slab leak that's been climbing your water bill for weeks — whatever brought you here, our Reno-based crews are already staged and ready to roll.
We built Street Wise - Plumbing around a simple idea: the plumber who shows up should be the same caliber of professional whether it's a leaking faucet or a full sewer line replacement. Every technician working under our name in Reno, NV is licensed, insured, and trained on the specific fixture ages and pipe materials common to homes here.
Our dispatchers know the neighborhoods of Reno well enough to tell you roughly what's driving a call before the truck even arrives — older sections tend toward galvanized pipe issues, newer builds toward fixture and appliance connections.
Training doesn't stop after licensing. Our Reno team runs regular refreshers on code updates, new fixture technology, and the material mix specific to Reno, NV construction, so a repair holds up to inspection, not just to a quick test run.
These are the patterns our Reno dispatchers hear about most right before a job turns into an emergency call.
A burst supply line or an overflowing toilet doesn't care what time it is, and neither do we. Our emergency crews carry shutoff tools, wet-vacs, and common repair parts so most emergency calls in Reno are resolved in a single visit.
Faucet replacements, garbage disposal swaps, toilet installs, and whole-house re-pipes — our residential division works on the full range of what a Reno home needs, not just the easy jobs.
We work around your business hours where possible, not the other way around. Commercial clients across Reno, NV rely on us for scheduled maintenance, backflow prevention compliance, and rapid response when a fixture goes down mid-shift.
Our drain team runs camera line inspections before recommending anything invasive, so you're not paying for a dig-up when a hydro-jetting service would clear it.
We repair and install both traditional tank and tankless water heaters, and we'll walk you through sizing so you're not overpaying for capacity you don't need.
Rather than opening walls on a hunch, our technicians run listening equipment across the suspected line first, marking the leak within a foot or two before any cutting begins.
Faucets, toilets, garbage disposals, and shower valves get installed to code, with old connections checked for corrosion rather than just reused out of convenience.
You'll talk to an actual dispatcher in Reno, NV who asks a few quick questions to understand the problem and your address.
Because our trucks are staged across Reno, NV, dispatch can usually give you an honest, specific arrival window.
Before a wrench touches anything, you'll get a written, upfront price for the repair — no surprise line items after the fact.
Once the fix is complete and tested, you get a written warranty — if something related fails, we come back and make it right.
You approve a flat price before we start — never a rate that climbs once the job's already underway.
Our routing keeps trucks distributed across Reno, NV so we can usually get to you same-day.
We're happy to have every technician show ID and license on arrival; it's a standard we hold ourselves to, not a special request.
If a repair we performed fails under normal use within the warranty period, we return and fix it at no charge.
